Bishop Thomas is also happy to announce that he has called, Deacon Travis Kahle, Deacon Eric Kaufman, and Deacon Kevin McGraw, to the order of presbyter.
They will be ordained priests for the Diocese of Toledo at Our Lady, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Cathedral, on Saturday, May 24th at 10 am.
All are invited to kindly pray for these men in preparation for their ordinations and attend the ordination ceremonies at our Cathedral.
Bishop Daniel E. Thomas is happy to announce that he has called, Andrew Messer, to the order of deacon.
Andrew will be ordained a transitional deacon for the Diocese of Toledo at Our Lady, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Cathedral, on Saturday, May 17th at 10 am.
THIS DAY OF REFLECTION IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR MEN, AGES 14-35 TO LEARN PRACTICAL METHODS OF PRAYER AND DISCERNMENT THAT WILL HELP THEM BETTER UNDERSTAND GOD’S PLAN FOR THEIR LIFE.
Retreats are important moments to listen to God and hear the talks of priests, seminarians or religious. Retreats foster genuine discernment. In the midst of your busy lives, a retreat opportunity affords you time of silence and clarity that cannot be found in the world. Please take advantage of a retreat experience to ask God what He wants for your life – a retreat gives you such an opportunity.
WHAT: This day of reflection is an opportunity for Catholic men, ages 18 to 35, who are open to considering a call to the priesthood or religious life. This day of reflection is an opportunity to learn practical methods of prayer and discernment that will help them better understand God’s plan for their life.
WHERE: Lial Renewal Center, 5908 Davis Road, Whitehouse, OH 43571
WHEN: The retreat will begin with check-in at 5pm - 6 pm on Friday, December 6th, with dinner starting promptly at 6 pm and end after lunch (around 1pm) on Sunday, December 8th
COST: $25, payable upon arrival to Lial Renewal Center
